Report an Incident
The evidence shows that reporting judicial and lawyer misconduct to their so-called regulatory bodies (Canadian Judicial Council or Bar Associations) often results in reprisal, fraud, or entrapment, in addition to the inherent conflict of interest involved. For this reason, it is against common sense and reason to require complaints against judges to be decided by their sister judges, or complaints against lawyers to be investigated by their comrades, as such processes are not adversarial in nature and lack true independence. The Pro Se Association of Canada has created this section to receive public complaints concerning judicial and lawyer misconduct in a forum designed to reduce fear of reprisal and abuse by so-called regulatory bodies established by statute.
